Whether it's in personal development and leadership, exercise and fitness goals, physical rehabilitation or managing fatigue and mood issues, I have tools to equip you to change yourself and to handle any kind of change that might come your way. I am especially adept at helping people manage stress-related fatigue, depression and anxiety.
I approach your coaching goals using a storytelling, or narrative, approach. Your body tells a story, you tell a story, and as we speak I get to hear your story. Together, we can help you decide on what story you'd like to tell and make a plan to help you tell that story. Whether it's through exercise or coaching certain behaviours, my unique approach is to understand your body through the stories it tells and to help you to tell new and exciting stories.
Coaching the body. I am heavily trained in a biopsychosocial approach. This means that I believe deeply that there is no separation between your body, mind, emotions and relational self. So when you see me for coaching, I will always have in mind helping you to be healthy in all of these areas. You can expect to have some good conversations about exercise, pacing, mindfulness, relationships and social connection, because if I am coaching one part of you then I am coaching the whole of you, within my professional scope of practise.
